I’m curious that whether can you grow a little bit of weed in your farm or on your terrace for personal use. Is it legal or will it have serious repercussions.10/09/2020 at 12:13 am #711highvibesModerator
Nothing is illegal for you as you’re Kaaleen Bahaiya of Mirzapur.
But jokes aside it is illegal till now to grow your own weed in India. But growing a plant or two indoors for personal use would not lead to any serious consequences. Indian law says that you’re punishable if you have 500g or more. Weed grows in abundance in India. I’ve seen many bhaang growing here and there on highway empty plots/houses/gardens.
If you’re growing then do it privately and don’t let the word out and don’t sell.10/09/2020 at 12:49 am #717KushAgrParticipant
Bhaang is Legal. You can grow bhaang. It is socially acceptable in India. Gaanja i don’t know why isn’t acceptable but if you’re growing then as said above do it privately and for personal use only.17/09/2020 at 2:39 pm #799durdentylerParticipant

🔴For holding more than a small quantity but less than the commercial quantity, the prescribed punishment is rigorous imprisonment for up to 10 years, fine of Rs. 1 lakh, or both.
🔴For holding commercial quantity, but slightly less than commercial quality, the prescribed punishment is rigorous imprisonment for up to 10-20 years, fine of Rs. 1-2 lakh, or both.
